Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS . All orders are shipped with Priority Mail which is a 2-5 day delivery. We do offer shipping upgrades for customers who wish to receive their order quicker with the option of Priority Mail Express/Overnight 1-3 day shipping and Priority Mail Express 1 day delivery. Free shipping is applied when you spend over $100 as a courtesy of Eau Femme Swimwear. Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only with the exception of local pick up orders. Most orders are shipped within 7 business days from the order date and should arrive between 2-5 days. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days and you will receive a email requesting additional information. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.Once your item is shipped we will email your tracking number. Once your package leaves our offices we are not responsible if your package is lost or stolen. Orders may be delayed in shipment if out of stock. When items are out of stock in our office we ship directly from our warehouse which may result in receiving your package 3-14 days from the date of shipping.


For all California customers you will receive an email with your pick up time and date within 7 days , unless stated otherwise.

Return & Exchange Policy

Within 3 days of receiving your item returns/exchanges are accepted. Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or given credit. Refunds are not given on worn items. A refund will be given if an item is out of stock. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, or store credit, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and sanitary liner intact and must be accompanied by the original customers receipt as proof of purchase.

Inspection Policy


Please ensure before sending the product back that there are no seams ripped, no stains, no smells, original plastic, and all pieces are in tack to resale the item. If the item is received and inspection of the item results in new discovery of the item being not up to par ( used, worn, stained), the item will be sent back to you because it will not meet the requirement for the exchange / return policy. Please do full inspections of each item before sending it back and your exchange will be processed and effective immediately.
